The majority of the population now spends a considerable portion of their lives in the virtual world. With platforms having developed sophisticated exchange models that treat human focus as a tradeable currency, human attention has become the most valuable commodity there is.
The innovators and the early adopters have understood that a public following is the new source of wealth. CastWorks was built on this premise. The core of our offering is to render the means to monetize that following widely available.
Sponsorship marketing has an accessibility problem. Databases give brands a list and tell them to do the rest. Agencies sell retainers built for someone else's scale. Most small and mid-sized brands end up running creator campaigns the same way they run cold email: at volume, with a roster they don't really know.
Our mission is to bridge this gap for both brands and creators that don't fit the scale the industry was built for.
